Refund Policy

At  TMBTY, we do our best to provide cute, quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The order cannot be fulfilled
- A return is approved and the item is received back in acceptable condition

Refunds are not guaranteed for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address entered by the customer, delivery delays outside our control, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a solution when eligible.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by an error with the order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has already been processed or shipped.
